Okay thanks. I haven't seen that many relays listed in kind 3 and haven't looked yet at nip-5 entries, but it could be worth it to at a minimum look and also search across other known relays as discovered. Simple awareness of missing NIP-65 relay meta may also help. Will dig more into this later.
