The actually don't. Any sales person worth his salt can close. I average around 80% close rate, and i dont use a crm because customers contact me via all manners of communication (phone, email, wahts app, facebook ,ect) the secret to closing is always responding. CRMS can't mimic that. Generally, crms are a waste of time.
