Technically, the analogue to "Fuck tha Police" would be "Fuck tha Firefighters" (or perhaps "Fuck tha Fire" depending upon whether you interpret "Police" as an adjective (modifies Department) or noun (the people)).
Given the calendars, I'm sure many women would prefer "Fuck tha Firefighters".
