Encampments are springing up in remote parts of the city far away from services. Why is this happening?
Well, when #yegcc and #eps ‘clear’ encampments in the inner city (aka steal peoples’ shit and throw it away), it’s pretty obvious to me that they would go elsewhere hoping that they won’t be subjected to the same again.
