It's said that the KungFu practicioners 200 years ago could do things that today are not possible. Walk across leaves. Run up walls ect. And that the reason they could perform superhuman feats was because they focused on being a wholly moral creature. Basically a pure heart coupled with intensive training unlocked super human feats. Today's practitioners can never achieve the same feats because they forgot to be work on being pure of heart. The physical training was focused on become a better person not necessarily becoming a stronger person.
I often think about this and wonder if there is some truth to it.
