Americans still don't understand that the rest of the world has financed their way of life and that through the dollar they have imported both their debt and the inflation they have created to pay this debt out of thin air.
Why do you think that in Europe or Japan we had 1000cc cars and in the USA we had 8000cc cars? Or houses that a European or Japanese would never dream of in life?
