This may be unpopular, but places like that, or fast food get no tips from me at the counter. Now if I do something like a doordash/instacart/or pre pandemic (we are high risk and don't go in to eat these days) at a sit down restaurant....I tip I still tip the later in cases someone runs it out to the car. I do make exceptions on others in cases where someone goes above and beyond, something crazy happened, etc.
