Capitalist rely on the exploitation of workers, that's how the Capitalist get rich off of the majority of the proletariat, without the labor of the worker to exploit there will be no growth, they haven't forgotten. Capitalist know who they exploit, they know they cause harm to the environment, they know that they exploit for profit, they benefit off the chaos they create for the environment and workers. And yes this is another reason why Capitalist fear Unions.
