Sunak's scheme to rein in 'low value' aka 'arts' courses is a blueprint to forge capitalist drones. This strangles creativity and thought. Defining 'value' through capitalist pov belittles people to mere economic pawns. This builds insurmountable walls around education. Not only does it threaten to cast non-capitalist disciplines, into obscurity, it also robs of class consciousness. Arts turns into a luxury and become an exclusive club for the rich - those who need not concern themselves with the economic yields of their education. The rest of us? We're coralled into disciplines that fuel the beast of capitalism, expanding the gap between the 1% and the 99%.
