Today I baked an apple #cake but hmm - it doesn't taste that appley; I took the banana bread recipe I had, and replaced the bananas by 3 apples, of which 2 were eating apple and one was a very small bramley, and added a tea spoon of cinnamon. Well, the cinnamon is there, but hmm really can't taste the apple much.
