What I'm seeing at FunkWeb (the company that is helping me back to work with job coaching) looks a lot like the company I thought should exist. A place to help neurodiverse people find employment.

The main difference is that it's slightly more school-like than I would have imagined.

I'm not sure I would have been so excited to be there at age 20. I saw one geek complaining to an employee there. He didn't want to work on his resume. He wanted to make websites.

I'm older now. I can see how they think. It makes sense to me that they operate it like that.
