I don't think you can clone Notion without deep burnout as FLOSS devs.
You'd be reinventing Airtable + Google Docs + Tiki + GNote/Tomboy + NextCloud + Kanboard + GTG + GitLab, all meshed together, except you don't have the hundreds of millions of dollars and 10+ years it takes to do so.
It took Notion 3 years with 5-10 employees to publish the 1st version. Even with below-market wages, that's minimum 3-6M$ before shipping v1 and v2.
