I know the #fediverse is made up of a bunch of weirdo individuals (yay!) but gradually some brands are finding a foothold, too.
What #brands do you think are doing the fediverse right, and why?

Personally my sense is what works best for brands on fedi is (1) using the platform to spread relevant information (announcements, stories, updates), (2) engaging in actual conversations with folks (in as much as possible), and (3) not even attempting to go viral (clickbait doesn’t work well here, thankfully).
