4.5 C AP flour
Pinch salt
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Cups warm water
1/4 Cup good olive oil
Dilute sugar in water, add yeast, and oil, wait for it to foam. Add salt to flour, mix, then add liquid. Mix on low for 10 minutes, then on high for 3 minutes. Form ball, rest in oiled bowl, covered for 1 hour.
