Quantum resistent end-to-end encryption.... really?
They need the basic feature to timestamp the message from the senders side. That way when it inevitably gets delayed you can see how much it is delayed.
I tried SimpleX for about a month with #SovEng in Madeira and we ended up switching to telegram because some messages would get delayed anywhere from 1 - 8 hours.
Unless you compared your chat history with someone else there was no way to tell if the message was delayed.
Let me repeat that. THERE WAS NO WAY TO TELL IF THE MESSAGE WAS DELAYED!
