Steve Jobs died of cancer mostly acquired from working in circuit board factories in his early days. These cancers grow slow. Most cancers have no cure (but we are getting better at detecting them earlier and watching people... die on schedule). His doctors bullied him into eating meat & violating his principles before he died.
