It's that time of year when we exit the latest new variant-driven COVID-19 and flu epidemics, only to see all those other respiratory viruses sigh with relief and spring out of the woodwork. In particular HMPV, PIVs, AdVS and RVs are all out on the streets as RSV, SARS-CoV-2 and Flu viruses head north for the winter to continue evolving.
