I use #Linux.
I want to install an #AppImage.
I want to open up my #Gnome launcher, type the name of the app and have it run.
I can't be arsed running a dozen arcane CLI invocations every time there's an update.

Is there a *simple* way to integrate an AppImage with a modern Linux desktop?

Please mansplain to me how I can get this done in one or two clicks of a GUI.
