I know a lot of people don't like Jason Lowry's take in "Soft War" but man his perspective on cost of attack, benefit of attack, and benefit-cost ratio is amazing.
We're seeing this play out today. The country's that outsourced their security to globalism will be prime targets for their resources, by countries that didn't.
