KOSA in particular is a part of Project 2025, and the fact that it passed the Senate 91-3 should tell you something about how much voting has to do with harm reduction. the Democrats had plenty of time to encode *Roe v. Wade* into legislative law, during the Clinton administration and early in Obama's administration. they chose not to because they can campaign on it being under threat. gay marriage could have happened via Congress, and it is as under threat as *Roe v. Wade* was. it, too, can be put under legislative law. we are witnessing the erosion of privacy rights by technical means and the government working to address that erosion? the *European Union*.
