Does anyone else have this issue with CashApp, hard to move to cold storage?

I wish CashApp didn’t impose centralized, permissioned limits on moving to cold storage, do they not have my Bitcoin? Have they rehypothecated it? What is the rationale for very low Bitcoin sending limits?? It makes their customers end up with too small of UTXO. Why won’t jack (npub1sg6…f63m) even talk about it??
