There is no way this 20 yr old did this on his own, and I believe he was then killed so he couldn't talk. A 10 yr kid who plays C.O.D. could tell you that rooftop needed to be covered from only a football field away!!
You technically don't even need a scope from that range. The Deep State missed!! Thank God!!
