I’ve been hearing some interesting things about Rhodiola. Has anyone here used it?

Has anyone used it while pregnant or breastfeeding? Are there clear data about its safety during those times?
I will definitely accept answers like “all the women in my family did it and there were no problems.”
I’d also like to find a really good resource to read in-depth. Internet searches are just turning up mainstream medical blurbs an inch long telling me there haven’t been conclusive official trials. Ok. I value those, but are other ways to know things.
