Is someone informed about what actually a smart city is being visioned to be and look like? Would clearing out areas to rebuild apartment complexes for instance vs. houses be a part of the agenda or is it just more of integrating technology for smart tracking surveillance and interaction?

I guess I could look that up somewhere. I am just curious to peek into the conspiracy of the Lahaina and now burn Los Angeles to rebuild a smart city.

I heard somewhere that the wiring would mainly be under city buildings vs residential houses etc or something, from someone who was dismissing the conspiracy.
