I'll add to this and say that hierarchies will naturally happen as people organize themselves around skills, expertise, or leadership qualities. The key difference in an anarchist framework is that these hierarchies are voluntary, and not enforced through a coercive authority.
Bitcoin embodies anarchy. Anarchy means no rulers. It doesn't mean no leaders.
Leaders go first. They lead the way. They show others what is possible.
If your vision is grand and your execution is skillful, people will follow. This is what makes you a leader. Not credentials. Not threat of violence. Not authorization.
Be a leader.
