As reported initially by Mohammed El-Kurd, the twitter/X account of @Pal_ActionUS is being censored. You can't follow it - as soon as you click follow, go out of their profile and into the profile again, it will seem as if you've never clicked follow in the first place. This happened every single time I tried.
