I don't think liberals are smart enough to have an "ultimate goal." They just always move on to the next thing that society disapproves on and insist "we should approve of this!" I'm not sure what comes after kids. Animals? Appliances? Corpses? Whatever it is, they'll say it's great just because sensible people say otherwise.
