"content": "(a Web Dev here) I'm using the Dark theme and I found something with DevTools, something that could lead to this situation: the stylesheet named \"custom\" has a rule where the text color (`color`) is a opaque white (defined as three FF octets and omiting the fourth octet, #ffffff, so no transparency), but the background (`background`) has a transparent color, because four octets are actually being specified (four 0s, as #0000).
