Had all my stuff I couldn't put in my car stolen from me in the Palisades Fire: incinerated to a crisp (no doubt by arsonists and saboteurs). But Airbnb will refund me what I already paid for my rental: $30,000. 😮
And it's looking like my great-grandmother never naturalized as a US citizen and so I might be eligible for Italian citizenship by descent after all.
So maybe my luck is changing...I can only hope. 😌
