That begs the question – what is the city and the police doing with all that money that is going to those precincts. More money and more cops haven’t put a dent in the problem. A closer look at the data suggests why. Many of the 9 blocks are around or adjacent to housing projects. Intentional divestment happens in these communities. 3/7",
