They were responsive and helpful when I had a question. There's no restriction I'm aware of, i.e. you can do p2p, no bandwidth cap, etc. The app is easy to use, with a good range of options (supports port forwarding, WireGuard & Openvpn, servers in many countries...). They're also fairly transparent, and you can get a good idea of who they are by looking at their website
