it’s interesting that for 43k drivers, driving vehicles that cost north of $30k each, on gas north of $3/gallon, with insurance that’s at least a couple hundred a month, and parking that’s often $24/day, an additional marginal cost of $8 to enter Manhattan was enough to make them find another mode of transportation.
