you are definitely right, my point is more why via the bitcoin blockchain when you could also run most of these projects via etherum, solana etc. fine, the miners will generate higher fees but that will probably slow down the adaptation in the end. at least with the people I speak to. high fees are more of an obstacle there, custodial lightning does not offer the same security and setting up your own chanels is not an issue for these people because it is too complicated. not everyone is an open-minded IT specialist. not to mention that this will probably start the debate again to enlarge the blocks
