how do you even do that, almost nobody accepts Bitcoin. I wish I could go to a restaurant and test out buying food using Bitcoin.

Well really, all you need is rent and food. I can't find any restaurants that accept Bitcoin and I haven't even looked for Bitcoin rentals. I doubt there is as most landlords are fiat corporations.

Even in El Salvador I heard living off Bitcoin is difficult since its a fake Bitcoin country.

I should just start my own restaurant and accept Bitcoin but chatgpt can't cook for me yet and I don't know how to cook.
