Sure, that's how feudalism works 😂 The Chinese government is always having to sell off land 🤣
In reality, humans can't even exist without land to do in on (unless and until seasteading works). Which means if I own all the land, everyone has to do what I want so that I'll let them live on it, and use it to grow their food, or operate their plant.
