My former employer (large health insurance plan), who fired me for not getting vaccinated, just sent me a letter (all all those they fired) a letter 15 months later letting us know that all those who left "voluntarily (or otherwise)" - actual quote - are welcome to apply to any open position after May 11 when the COVID "emergency" ends.

Sadly, a check with back pay was missing.
