Satcom | Feedback + Proposal
1. You need a minimal logo that somehow represents "comments on links". This is a humble attempt at doing just that and it has the "S" as a bonus.
2. You need a way for users to see if there are comments on the page they're visiting (if technically possible, of course)
3. "Adding collaborative layer to your Internet browsing experience" doesn't really explain what Satcom is and is not superinviting. "The internet's comment section" might be a bold statement, but the badass part is that you can actually back that up with Nostr 💪 .
Also, I'd use the showcase "screenshot" on the landing page as an opportunity to actually put useful text in those comments.
4. Why not follow the color palette of the browser? Both for Light and Dark mode I think this looks and feels freakin' great. (the blue of the logo and landing page is also just the more satured blue of the chrome browser btw)
5. Having "Sat" in your name and not having Zaps or some kind of wallet/bitcoin integration is confusing. So I'd add that in some way. Also because upvoting doesn't really work without a WoT and you're probabaly gonna need something else to filter posts (for high signal vs spam).
6. Quickly highlighting why Nostr matters for Satcom + Pointing out that users are not just posting on Satcom but on Infinite Apps is something I'd do. Especially since it can be done quite succinctly.
There you go jingles (npub1alp…6dsn), these are the things I'd do if I'd build a competitor of your awesome project 😉 .
