I know it's supposed to have all this cool cross compilation tooling, but it all seems to be stuff you can already do with GCC (although requiring like 10+ --flags), and not to mention stuff that guix already does better, so idk why I wouldn't just see what is valuable in the workflow that everyone is raving about and just write some scripts for doing the same with GCC, in which case I dont have to learn the confusing little changes they made to C, and I'm also not programming for a fast-moving, new programming language that is guaranteed to have its ups and downs that only the convinced will be able to shrug off
