Yeah, I love living in a condo now that I'm divorced. So much smaller and easier to clean. I only have one shared wall with a neighbor who, for all intents and purposes, is entombed in their unit because I never hear a peep from them. And not having to deal with yard work, exterior maintenance and other horseshit is sooooo liberating.

I was a homeowner (of multiple homes) with a family for over thirty years. But now I definitely prefer the condo.
