I recently had a run-in with the King of ProgressiveCafe.social, who had apparently determined I am hateful, and boosted this opinion to his couple thousand followers., and it was boosted by a bunch of other accounts that look suspiciously like alts (all from the same instance, all that regularly boost him)...

I'm not saying this utility wouldn't be useful, but I've already witnessed it downside: The rumor mill.
