One of our neighbors lost their dog yesterday (sad; the dog is skittish and runs away from people, so it’s going to be hard to catch). They set out little tubs of water and dog biscuits in various locations where the dog was spotted. I’m not sure that’s the best plan; I would want the dog hungry enough to come home for a meal, I think.
Anyway, another neighbor has been emptying the water bowls and putting the dog biscuits in her garbage, convinced someone is trying to poison neighborhood dogs.
