My husband doesn't have this problem.
I know there are lots of women who act like this, but it's only yo their own demise. She thinks he can read her mind, but he can't. If she wants a change, she need to talk about it.
If he wants a change, he need to tell her that he can't read her mind, and he's just gonna let it go unless she chooses to be vulnerable to tell him what's up.
If she doesn't, she's the only one who will keep being miserable!
I had a coworker once who's live in boyfriend cut his hair... she liked long hair, and he cut it to below his ears, so still long. My boss and I both agreed that he actually looked better, and my boss told him so, cause the girlfriend was being ridiculous! She had 100% stopped talking to him, and told us proudly that she was going to keep it up for a while, as in days!!
If you notice a woman behaving like this while you're dating, confront her on it, and if she insists on keeping it up, do yourself a favor and leave. It's not worth it.
