Busy day #today. Woke early bc I fell asleep about 9:30 last night. Went to my cardio appt; all was well. Don’t have to go back for a year. Had free time so stopped for a Freddy’s Steakburger, yum! Then stopped for spaghetti fixings to feed that urge; got home and left everything in the car. Trashed the stuff so now I have to get more meat and garlic bread. Wife got home from her appt and I had to wrangle the big dogs so she could take the Staffy for her flu shot. I’m worn out! That’s #myday
