#Emissary is certainly not a replacement for existing networks. I'd say more of personal bridge between them. I have a unified view of ActivityPub activities, RSS feeds, and IndieWeb feeds in one inbox. I can like and reply to any of them, and Emissary will broadcast that out to my followers on any of those channels.

If it's possible to add BlueSky, Gemini, or other protocols in the future, then Emissary would bridge those, too.
