I was surprised that people falling in see light from the stationary object redshifted, not blueshifted, but that's presumably because their motion away from the object dominates.

Do you know what happens when two infalling people both get inside the horizon (instead of one hitting the singularity before the other gets in)? Does the second one see the first's redshift increase, decrease, or what?
