In a normal case, we would expect competent defense counsel to see and raise these issues.

Because it's a #ScheduleA case, there was no one to tell the judge about them before she froze the defendants' assets.

And of course, once she did so, the defendants were put at an enormous disadvantage. Depending on how much money each one had in their frozen accounts, it may not even be worth it to hire an attorney.

The judge may never know that the plaintiff has gotten these basic facts wrong.
