My next door neighbor has been trying to build a pool since last Sept. It took til January for the plans to be approved because every time they went to the city a different building inspector decided he needed something else. He still isn't approved on the landscaping part because they decided he doesn't have enough trees. He has a lot of trees, but fruit trees don't count. They want him to literally have a tree in the middle of his driveway. Currently, it's been a couple of weeks since anything has been done because now he needs the enclosure finished BEFORE the pool company can do the finish work on the pool. Why? Because the city doesn't want a child accidentally coming through the front gate of the driveway and then the gate to the backyard to somehow fall in the pool.
Now imagine if you are a business.......
