The higher castes of India are basically evolved to do this, and the effects of this system are clearly disastrous given how India has been for the past several centuries.
Instead of having visionary entrenpreneurs like Henry Ford, now we have people like Parag Agrawal and Satya Nadella who have no actual values besides seeking money and status, and are controlled by a network of scheming Indian aunties.
