Nice. Does it take a lot of discipline? Any cravings?
I have been ketoing for the greater part of the last 12 years. Meaning i may have been out of ketosis for a month or 3 once and here and there a day because i went eating out or was eating at someone else's place, though i'm usually back in by the next day already.
Last 5 years i added intermittent fasting with an 8 hour eating window each day, skipping 1 or 2 days every now and then (probably once every 2-3 months). I can't really say it makes me feel any different though i do it mostly for autophagy purposes. Also the changes may be very subtle.
I tried full carnivore but that was really inconvenient. I get diarrhea for about 2 days after only eating meat and eggs for about 3 days and then it stops but this gets reset after i consume even the slightest amount of fiber and i find it really hard to find quasi healthy meat snacks for if i want to have some.
That said keto has working out well for me. The thing i like the most is that i never really have these peaks and dips in my energy levels and i don't have to eat before going to the gym. I can just get up, go and then still easily make it to lunch or later.
