We can't make certain names illegal but I do think we should make life uncomfortable for brands which try to take over common usage words like Yahoo, Wise, Adobe, Meta or Einstein and put them to private profitable use instead of making up a new name. Tesla is the most infuriating example imo. That poor great man! Though X of course is worse on a scale of hubris. Can we ever hear Übermensch again without associating taxis? Trump you can have: May it always now only mean insane tyrant.
